Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Also featured in this new photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various sections of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional images disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
